Year Abroad Reflections Competition

Will you be on a year abroad in 2016-17? Excited? Nervous? Happy to get away from St Andrews? Don’t forget about The Interpreter, though, because we’ve got just the competition for you! Throughout your year you’ll experience and learn some wonderful things. There’ll be ups and downs, but these will only make you stronger. You’ll come back a changed person… But seriously, romantic clichés aside, we ask you to write for us at the end of your year reflecting back upon the whirlwind that’s just happened. Any important happy or sad memories? What touched/surprised/scared you? What have you learnt from your experience? What advice would you give to fellow students about to begin their years abroad? More details to come.

Year Long Writing Competition

Here at The Interpreter, we care about our writers and make sure that the dedicated ones don’t go unrewarded. This year we’re launching, for the first time ever, a year-long competition for you. All of our writers will be entered into this competition, which totals the amount of views on all of your articles collectively. Have lots of people read your articles? Well then you just might win! Write more articles for a greater chance of a prize! More details to come.
